Biography

Rebekah is a proud Robe local, small business owner and committed Liberal. She is determined to give MacKillop a strong, unapologetically values driven voice in parliament.

Together with husband Andrew, Rebekah built a tourism business in Robe to showcase the Limestone Coast to international visitors. They have created jobs, boosted the local economy and demonstrated the values of hard work and reward for effort.

Rebekah has the credentials and experience to deliver for MacKillop with a background in media, commercial law and politics. Working at SACA she led the media campaign to redevelop Adelaide Oval and at Cricket Australia, she negotiated stadium agreements worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

MacKillop’s role as an economic powerhouse is inadequately represented. As your advocate Rebekah will argue for MacKillop’s contribution to be recognised by investment in roads, health and aged care. Rebekah has advised Ministers in the Olsen and Howard Governments and knows firsthand how to navigate parliament and the public service. She will put an end to bargaining with Labor and instead will collaborate with you to develop strong Liberal policies and restore a Liberal Government.
