Dawid Jurczak arrived in Australia as a young migrant at the age of five. His family arrived with very little and built their life here through hard work and determination. From the age of fourteen, Dawid worked on job sites alongside his father, hands on work that shaped his understanding of responsibility, discipline and effort.
Growing up around a small family business gave him firsthand insight into the pressures families face when costs rise and margins tighten. He understands the stress that comes home at the end of the day and how quickly uncertainty can affect a household.
Dawid worked hard at school and went on to complete university. He holds a Master of Management. Education in his family was valued as a pathway to opportunity.
He remains actively involved in South Australia’s Polish and Ukrainian communities, maintaining strong ties to culture and local networks.
Dawid is also a youth soccer coach, mentoring young players and supporting their development through sport. He works closely with families and understands the importance of structure, discipline and opportunity for the next generation.
Like many young Australians, Dawid is working toward entering the housing market and understands how rising costs make that goal harder.
