What we are proposing...
A new Liberal Government will provide a $400,000 contribution to the RSL Employment Program.
In 2023, government funding from the RSL Employment Program was cut. This program assists retired veterans return to civilian life through career guidance, counselling and interview coaching.
Our veterans have served this country and South Australia well and made us proud - they deserve our help when the decision is made that their watch is over.
That’s why a new Liberal Government will ensure that this Program continues to run.
The additional funding of $400,000 across four years will replace the cut funding and ensure that veterans receive the assistance they need.
This is part of our plan for safer suburbs and stronger communities.
