What we are proposing...
Under a new Liberal Government, regions will have access to affordable, reliable public transport, no matter where you live.
We will extend on-demand bus services in Port Pirie, Victor Harbor, Mt. Gambier, the Barossa, Adelaide Hills, and, for the first time, introduce a direct service from Murray Bridge to Adelaide, where the terms of our 50 cent fee policy will also apply.
The Liberal plan is focused on improving the connectivity and availability of public transport for key regional areas across South Australia.
For too long, regional South Australians have been neglected when it comes to public transport.
Whether you live in regional South Australia, an outer suburb or in the CBD, we believe you shouldn’t pay more for public services.
